Firmware Engineer
- Build, maintain and optimise firmware system architecture, including HMI development
- Integrate firmware with hardware and peripheral devices, supporting system-level functions
- Conduct firmware testing, issue analysis and debugging through development and production
- Proficient in C programming and peripheral drivers such as GPIO, ADC, I2C and SPI
- Experience with CAN communication, e-bike systems or mass production is a plus
Customer Quality Engineer (CQE)
- Handle customer quality issues and complaints, leading 8D analysis and corrective actions
- Prepare quality reports including RMA analysis, shipment quality and periodic reports
- Plan and execute customer audits and quality activities, maintaining control plans
- Familiar with quality management systems and 8D reporting, willing to travel when required
- Experience in the bicycle industry or ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 auditing is a plus
Hardware Engineer
- Design electronic circuits, PCB layout and generate Gerber files for product development
- Manage component approval and BOM creation, supporting development and production
- Establish production and test specifications, preparing technical transfer documentation
- Implement EMC design solutions, debugging and safety compliance documentation
- Background in Electronics or Electrical Engineering; experience with embedded circuits, EN 15194, ISO 13849 or Altium Designer is a plus
